LNB Pain Therapy

This treatment method was developed over the last 25 years by Roland Liebscher-Bracht and his wife Dr. Petra Bracht.  This new form of pain therapy is independent and uses 72 points on the bones directly by applying Osteopressure.

Based on the findings that over 90% of pain in the muscular/skeletal system are triggered by muscular/fascia imbalances. The brain receives the message and releases pain messages to the area affected to alarm the person of the problem. This system is very important and pain should be accepted as a positive messenger rather than being suppressed.

These “alarm pains” are to inform the person and to protect the body for further damage or injuries such as Osteoarthritis, herniated disc and other potential damages. By applying Osteopressure to the areas affected and the patient exercising certain fascia stretches, these pains can be released, and the tissue become flexible and healthy again.

Over the years the LNB therapy has shown that over 90 % of these pains, even where there is some permanent damage, can be eliminated. Even as quick as after 1 treatment pain can be significantly reduced or even eliminated.

The following conditions can be treated successfully:

Fibromyalgia, Osteoarthritis, Headaches, Migraines, Neck-pain, Rye Neck, TMJ, Teeth grinding, Jaw pain, Shoulder/Arm pain, Tennis Elbow, Tendonitis, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Painful finger joints, any kind of Back Pain and Sacral Iliac Joint Pains, Lumbago, Hip Pains, Knee Pains and Meniscus Pains, Baker’s cyst, Ankle Pains, Shin Pains, Achilles Tendon Problems, Plantar Fasciitis, Foot and Toe Pains, Heel Spur, Soft Tissue Rheumatism.

Spilanthes for Healthy Gums

Spilanthes Acmella (Acmella Oleracea)

Splianthes Acmella  is  a species of flowering herb in the Asteraceae family. A common name for it is also tooth-ache plant.

Traditionally it has been used to treat tooth aches, throat and gum infections.

These plants have an interesting chemistry, containing flavonoids, sterols, sesquiterpene lactones and amides, notably spilanthol, which has anaesthetic effects. Chewing one leaf is enough to numb the mouth and cause a tingling sensation on the tongue. The flowers are the most numbing part of the plant.

Eating a fresh flower is described having the following effects. “Within a few seconds, the taste buds, gums, and entire mouth become overwhelmed by the intense tingling buzz, saliva swirling stimulating sensation. Whilst this is happening, the mouth is being cleaned and the gum tissues, lymphatic and immune systems stimulated and strengthened”.

Used as a rinse (tincture) its prickly effect increases the circulation to the gums. With increased circulation the gums have the ability to restore, re-tone themselves and become tighter, healthier and more resistant. It has an antiseptic effect, it also stimulates the salivary glands to produce more salvia which acts like a tonic for healthy gums and oral flora. A mouth rinse with approx. 10 drops of Spilanthes tincture can be used daily to promote gum health.
